1. Breathe
Breathing helps us know where our state is currently at. By breathing properly, it makes sure that we are being present, not caught up dwelling in the past or even gazing uncontrollably to the future. Your breathing gives you sign. If you observe that your breathing is unusual like when you find yourself holding your breath or sighing too much. You will need to take a deep breath and focus your mind and focus it to a single point of attention to bring yourself back to
being present.
2. Practicing Gratitude
Taking regular intervals in our daily life to look back and feel grateful about the things in our life will help be emotionally balance. We should not play pretend about the things that we are grateful for. In every bad or unlikely situation, we definitely can find at least one thing that we can be grateful for. When recalling about those things that we are grateful for, it can balance out our negative emotions with positive ones to make it balance
3. Generating And Maintaining Energy
Energy is extremely important for health, both physical and mental. Moving your body around especially when you have a sedentary job will help refresh and energize you. People also say that energy management is even more important than time management
4. Self-reflection
Reflecting about the good things that happened for the day can help alleviate the feelings of negative experiences and balance out your emotions
5. Surrender
Not getting caught up to the thoughts of how things ‘should be’ when things do not turn the way you wanted it to should be able to help get you detached towards your expectations and not getting overwhelmed by it.
